Tallyloom is operated by TallyLoom Software LLC. This mailbox is monitored by the person who builds and maintains the site, so replies come from someone who can actually act on what you send. Expect an answer within two business days; bug reports that affect a calculation are looked at the same day, because a wrong number is the one failure this site cannot tolerate.
There is no contact form and no live chat, and that is deliberate: a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, which is exactly what the rest of the site is built to avoid. Email keeps the exchange between you and us.
