Tallyloom's tools are provided free of charge, for convenience. You may use them for personal or business tasks. You may not use the site to attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or violate any applicable law.

No professional advice

Nothing on Tallyloom is professional, legal, financial, tax, security, or career advice. Currency figures and any future finance calculators are informational only: exchange rates shown may differ from the rates offered by banks, card networks, or payment processors, and calculations rely on stated assumptions that may not match your situation.

Generated documents

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you generate here — invoices, receipts, resumes, cover letters, signatures, QR codes — before using it. Signature images produced by the Signature Generator are just images; they are not a certified e-signature service and carry no special legal standing on their own.

No warranty

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. While we aim for correct math and show our formulas, we cannot guarantee results are error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallyLoom Software LLC, the operator of Tallyloom, is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including losses resulting from decisions made based on tool output.
